Associate Wealth Advisor

Responsibilities:

The Associate Wealth Advisor is an integral part of the organization. They will provide financial planning functions and relationship management (service) to the firm’s small to mid-size clients. This will allow the Senior Wealth Advisor to focus on the more complex client situations.

Primary Responsibilities and Activities:

  • Provide positive and professional service to the client base
  • Build and maintain a relationship with the client base with the main focus on service and operations
  • Assist with client meetings and be responsible for follow up activities
  • Prepare client Cash Flow Analysis plans
  • Process all Life Insurance cases
  • Schedule all client reviews
  • Assist in developing annual client review materials
  • Assist the Senior Wealth Advisor as requested
  • Have a thorough understanding of all strategies
  • Will need to acquire a thorough understanding of Dorsey Wright Research Platform
  • Interact with the firms operations team on all planning and follow up
  • Develop and maintain written systems of all activities
  • Attend all training and information sharing meetings scheduled for the operations team
  • Maintain all continuing education requirements of a wealth advisor
  • Attend all firm client events
  • Provide technical support for multiple client access sites
  • Perform any additional activities to support your team and Cornerstone Wealth Management Group as a whole

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher strongly preferred
  • FINRA Series 7
  • Clean U-4 and U-5 history
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation
  • A genuine interest in serving and caring for other people
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and CRM software
